The recovery of architectural elements, materials and furnishings of the past is combined with modern taste and refined details, offering charming accommodation to suit different needs. The rooms and flats are located in the monastery, which is the main building, and the suites are secluded in an annex in the middle of the vineyards.

The great novelty of 2022 are the two suites set among the vineyards of the estate, set apart from the central body of the relais to guarantee that intimacy as refined as it is exclusive. A total renovation project signed by the architect Silvio Stefani, “an alchemist of spaces, far from any convention that creates places for living with a rarefied, indefinable atmosphere”. The use of natural materials, raw and alive, clean and essential lines combined with design elements created to measure by local artisans, the warm light and the warmth of the atmosphere are all elements that contribute to defining the wild luxury that characterizes the experience Duca di Dolle.
To complete a truly immersive experience, the suites offer the possibility of having the personal chef for exclusive use.

suite Duca

The Duca suite, located on the first floor, is a spectacular open-plan space with a beautiful living terrace covered by an antique wooden beam. Inside, a single space, majestic and charming, which combines a sleeping area with a large wrought iron bed and a large master bathroom recently renovated with a fully glazed wall overlooking the vineyards of the estate.

On the ground floor is the Ceo, a two-room apartment with a spacious and bright living area, complete with kitchen, and a double bedroom featuring a charming wrought-iron bed in honour of the tradition of these hills and a large, recently renovated master bathroom.

Located in the ancient monastery, there are 9 rooms, each with a name that evokes particular characteristics of the area. Beams, exposed trusses and wooden floors characterise all the rooms which, thanks to their well-designed positions, enjoy plenty of light and breathtaking panoramic views. Period furniture, fine linen and recently renovated bathrooms make your stay pleasant and relaxing.

There are two flats, both 55sqm, bright and welcoming: old wooden beams enrich the ceiling and beautifully restored period furniture warms the room. Both have fully equipped kitchens, spacious bedrooms and recently renovated bathrooms

cuisine

Craftsmanship, freshness, seasonality, quality, colour and creativity are the key words of the Duca Di Dolle kitchen, in which the gentle and creative hands of the chef, strictly female, find their maximum expression.

Desserts, cakes and all delicacies are homemade with natural and organic ingredients, as well as “cicchetti” and finger food, carefully designed for a perfect food pairing with each type of Duca Di Dolle wine.

Breakfast, brunch, aperitifs and even complete hot dishes for lunch to be eaten on site or take away.

The big attic

On the top floor of the main building is a large space equipped for all types of meetings, conferences and gatherings, with a capacity of around 40 seats in an auditorium. It is also a space suitable for entertainment, teaching, tastings, courses of various types, executive and top management meetings. It is also perfect for intimate and exclusive weddings and ceremonies.

the "cavana"

Opposite the Relais, in a panoramic position overlooking the vineyards, the “Cavana” is a large structure with unique architecture, whose profiles recall those of the surrounding hills and whose name derives from the Venetian slang used to define the shelters of boats in the past. Made entirely of natural materials such as stone, wood and wrought iron, it enjoys all the beauty of the Rolle landscape. With more than 30 seats, the “Cavana” is suitable for hosting banquets, tastings and events thanks also to an equipped kitchen. The enormous fireplace makes the structure even more evocative.

“An ancient hermitage of medieval origin transformed into a charming farmhouse where you can rediscover the signs of art and culture of the past”.

Camaldolese hermitage, renovated in full respect of the original structure and of which you can still admire works of art and architectural elements of the past.

The Camaldolese have always built their hermitages in impervious places of extraordinary beauty and in places of silence where it was possible to meet the Lord through direct contact with Nature. This is evidence of the fact that the Relais Duca di Dolle is considered an almost sacred, mystical place, a sort of Heaven on Earth.

The entire structure consists of nine double rooms, two flats and two secluded suites in the middle of the hills, equipped with every comfort and furnished in complete harmony with the environment.

In the main building, a large and bright breakfast room welcomes guests in the morning and next to it there is a small bistro, where you can enjoy an excellent glass of wine accompanied by delicious snacks prepared with local products.

A delightful outdoor courtyard, with a few tables in the shade of centuries-old trees, allows for relaxed Prosecco D.O.C.G. tastings in front of a marvelous swimming pool which, in the summer season, becomes a reference point for a truly exclusive experience.
