Limited edition “Cru” obtained from 100% Glera grapes from a single vineyard over 50 years old. It is the expression of a unique area, the “Riva” par excellence: a historic vineyard called “Riva del Ferroviere” on a steep slope which, thanks to the composition of the soil, the favorable exposure and the long age of the plants, offers few but precious fruits, vinified in Extra Brut with very low sugar dosage.

Graceful and balanced with a pleasant mineral finish and excellent complexity.
Produced in a single bottling per year, in a limited edition depending on the quantity of grapes harvested.

Description

Appearance: Clear and brilliant wine, straw yellow in color, with a very fine and persistent perlage for many minutes inside the glass.
Nose: Intense and inviting thanks to the slightly citrusy floral aromas and the characteristic note of green apple.
Taste: Good balance between freshness and roundness, with an acidulous expression and a slight bitter aftertaste.
Serving: Serve in a large tulip crystal glass with tightening edge at 7°C
Serving suggestions: Perfect as an aperitif and with fish and vegetable appeisers, raw and lightly-spiced cured meats, and simple pasta dishes and main courses.
